Shippings and Returns
Please check the package upon delivery and let our courier know and acknowledge if there is any damage.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately for an exchange or refund. Please take photos and send us as prove, as we need to present them to our courier. We will arrange for our courier to collect the item from you.
If you change your mind, you need to let us know as soon as possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. The good must be sent back to us in its original packaging, unopened and without damage. If you received "free shipping" offer, we will deduct the shipping cost incurred both ways from the refund amount.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the return policy is subject to and not limited to the following exceptions:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
No returns for customised items, or commissioned
A return restocking fees of £20 will be charge
